Go to the Google Play Store and log in with the same email/account that you use for your Android device.

On the left side, click 'Redeem', and then enter your promo code.

Go to the Play Store on your Android Device.

Step 2

Tap on your profile picture to go to your account.

Step 3

Go to ‘Payments and subscriptions’.

Step 4

Go to ‘Redeem gift code’, and then enter your promo code.

Apple App Store - from your iPhone or iPad

Follow these steps:

Step 1

Go to the App Store on your iOS device.

Step 2

Tap on your profile picture to go to your account.

Step 3

Go to ‘Redeem Gift Card or Code’ and enter your promo code.

Step 4

In the game itself, go to the Store page where the in app purchases are normally made, and tap ‘Restore Purchases’.
